Standard appointments are available within four weeks, with urgent options offered sooner where appropriate.
How booking works from the first call to aftercare
You can book a private psychiatric assessment with Consultant Psychiatrist and Online Psychiatrist Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin at IamPsychiatry in advance. Before your appointment, please complete and return the pre-assessment form along with a brief GP medical summary. Standard psychiatric assessments (60 minutes) are available within four weeks (£400), with an out-of-hours option within seven working days (£500), subject to availability. We also offer free adult ADHD testing, followed by a comprehensive ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and medication titration within 30 working days (£1,000), or within 15 working days (£1,200) for urgent appointments.
A non-medical adult ADHD assessment is also available within four weeks (£400). A GP referral is preferred but not essential, and many patients self-refer or use private medical insurance. Payment is required to confirm your booking, with flexible payment plans available. Visit our FAQs and blog for more information about assessments, treatment, and the booking process. Please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a non-attendance and will require the appointment to be rebooked.
